California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. While Glutto does not sell personal information for money, we may share information with third parties for advertising purposes, which may be considered a "sale" under CCPA.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:

  • Right to Know: You can request information about the personal information we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: You can request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out: You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You can limit our use of your sensitive personal information.
